Hi Isabel & Alex, First off, the video absolutely blew us away. Mila and I were nearly in tears at our respective offices. Alex perfectly captured our feelings and the final product feels like a true representation of who we are. Thank you for documenting our day and giving us this timeless keepsake that we’ll cherish forever.We’re 100% satisfied with the video. Like many other brides I was nervous about choosing a photographer, but after meeting Alex I realized that I had nothing to worry about at all. If you’re looking for someone who makes you feel at ease, Alex is your guy. From the minute he walked in the door he treated everyone like old friends. There was lots of laughter throughout the day, which to me was very important because I wasn’t 100% comfortable in front of the camera. Our entire wedding party to this day talks about what a great guy Alex is! I also want to mention the wonderful Isabel, who works behind the scenes. As laid back as I tried to be, I had my share of panicky moments and emailed Isabel quite a bit. All of my emails were answered, Isabel is just so kind and never made me feel like a bother (even though I probably was 😉 ) and took the time to go over everything and anything that was on my mind. My wife and I would like start by thanking Maya Media Studio for their #1 service. You guys are the best!! Maya Media Studio was actually referred to us by the DJ we had found through the Hall we went with. We couldn’t be happier that the old word of mouth method was still a very reliable way to find contacts and that we were able to find the needle in the haystack of photographers/videographers available for weddings and other events (we indeed found THE needle). Maya Media Studio was able to be at our disposal whenever we needed questions being answered or for little details that needed modifications for the picture album and video and everything was done through email with no issues. They were actually waiting on us instead of us waiting on them…). The way they communicate with us (client) was so professional but also so down to earth that it was a great relieve that it was one less stress that we had to deal with, with all the wedding preparations. All this to say, they are THE solution for your photo and video needs, whether it be for a wedding or any other events.
